This hotel may actually be a hop, skip, and jump away from the venue! It is directly across the street (Lytton Avenue) from the Pittsburgh Athletic Association. We have a block reserved under perry/kuchera for Friday and/or Saturday night that can be booked between August 20, 2013 and July 5, 2014. We have a special rate of $139/night and $14/night parking if needed. Hotels in this area can book fast, so we recommend reserving early. Please call to make reservations at the Wyndham as the online system to enter in our block discount is not yet set up.

Travel from Airport

We highly recommend taking the 28X bus from the airport. For $3.75 (exact change), you can take it all the way to the University of Pittsburgh, where it will drop you less than a quarter mile away from the hotel. The hotel and venue are extremely close to the famous Cathedral of Learning, which is a good landmark to keep your bearing (and to visit!).

The public transportation and pedestrian directions given by Google works fantastic in Pittsburgh, perhaps due to a Google office in the city. We recommend printing out directions from Google or using your smartphone's Google Maps app.
