• mortality_average_life.m, estimates the average life span.
• mortality_cdf.m, computes the cumulative probability that a person dying in 2007 was of a given age or younger.
• mortality_cdf_plot.m, plots the cumulative probability that a person dying in 2007 was of a given age or younger.
• mortality_count.m, sample mortality count, giving age, and number of deaths for each age group over one year, for 2007.
