urn_50_50_test():
  urn_sample() simulates drawing balls from an urn.
  Here, we start with 50 white and 50 black balls:

  100 marbles in urn, drawn 10 without replacement
  10000 repetitions of draw
  2 colors, distributed as follows:
  50  50

tmin = 0
tmax = 10
h = 0.5000
