image_double_test():

image_double_gray_test():
  image_double_gray() can "double" a gray scale image file.
  Here, we start with a file that has been halved 3 times.
  We double it three times, examining each result.
  Image size of "casablanca8.pgm" is 45 by 58
  Size after doubling #1 is 90 by 116
  Size after doubling #2 is 180 by 232
  Size after doubling #3 is 360 by 464
