hb_to_mm_test

hb_to_mm_test, an Octave code which calls hb_to_mm(), which accepts the name of a file containing a sparse matrix in the Harwell Boeing (HB) Sparse Matrix File Format, reads that data and writes a corresponding Matrix Market (MM) sparse matrix file.
