  Read a TECPLOT ASCII file containing finite element data.

  Write files for an equivalent FEM model consisting of:
  * a node file,
  * an element file,
  * a value file;

  Read the data from "ell.tec".

  Wrote the nodes to "ell_nodes.txt".

  Wrote the values to "ell_values.txt".
