ode_rk4_test():

  ode_rk4() is an interactive program which uses
  a fourth order Runge-Kutta method to estimate the solution of
  an ordinary differential equation (ODE) of the form
    y' = f(x,y)
  for a <= x <= b, with initial condition y(a)=ya
  using n steps.
