matlab_md_poster_2009_siam, "Parallel MATLAB on the MD Problem", a poster displayed in the MathWorks booth, illustrating our experiences with parallel MATLAB on a number of algorithms, during the SIAM Annual Meeting in Denver, 06-10 July 2009.

• icam_logo.png, a logo.
• invent_logo.pdf, a logo;
• md_config.pdf, a PDF file which suggests the arrangment of molecules in a 3D space.
• md_potential.pdf, a PDF file which displays the form of the Lennart-Jones inter-molecular force function.
• md_timing.pdf, a PDF file which displays the performance of the parallel version of the code.
