Exactness of Gauss-Jacobi Quadrature Rules

**JACOBI_EXACTNESS**,
a FORTRAN90 code which
investigates the polynomial exactness of a Gauss-Jacobi
quadrature rule for the interval [-1,1] with a Jacobi weight function.
