INTEGERS.TXT contains text and integers scrambled together.
First we are nice, and have 1, 23, 456 and -7890 but
then we string12and13and14together.  

That was a blank line.  Note that commas are separators, too,
and so 1,234,567 is not what you might think it is!
And scientific notation is ignored.  Here is how 34.57E+98 is handled.
