Oscillatory Problem

mitchell_08, Mitchell's "oscillatory" problem on the [0,+1]x[0,+1] square. The parameter ALPHA may be varied.

• ALPHA = 1 / ( 10 * PI ).
• ALPHA = 1 / ( 50 * PI ).
