hb_to_st_test

hb_to_st_test, a MATLAB code which calls hb_to_st(), which accepts the name of a file containing a sparse matrix in the Harwell Boeing Sparse Matrix File Format, reads that data and writes a corresponding Sparse Triplet (ST) file.
