hb_to_mm_test

hb_to_mm_test, a MATLAB code which calls hb_to_mm(), which accepts the name of a file containing a sparse matrix in the Harwell Boeing Sparse Matrix File Format, reads that data and writes a corresponding Matrix Market sparse matrix file.
