toms726_test

toms726_test, a Fortran77 code which calls toms726(), which computes recursion coefficients for orthogonal polynomials, and the abscissa and weights for related quadrature rules, by Walter Gautschi. This is commonly called orthpol(). This is a version of ACM TOMS algorithm 726.
