• profile_interp_test.sh runs all the tests.
• profile_interp_test.txt the output file.

• profile_data.m returns the (x,y) coordinates of data sampled from the profile image.

• interp_spline_test.m interpolates the profile data with a cubic spline.
• interp_spline_test.png a plot of the cubic spline interpolant to the profile data.
