hb_to_msm_test

hb_to_msm_test, a MATLAB code which calls hb_to_msm(), which accepts the name of a file containing a sparse matrix in the Harwell Boeing Sparse Matrix File Format, reads that data and returns it as a MATLAB sparse matrix.
