  Read an FEM model consisting of:
  * a nodes file,
  * an elements file,
  * a values file;

  Write an equivalent TECPLOT ASCII "dat" file.

  Read node data from "ell_nodes.txt".
  Read element data from "ell_elements.txt".
  Read node value data from "ell_values.txt".

TEC_WRITE wrote all data to "ell.dat".

  Wrote the TEC data to "ell.dat".
