One day, walking behind the library, I found piles of tattered discarded books, most of them so damaged or worn that I didn't think of rescuing any of them. Nonetheless, I picked up one volume, which fell open to a page on which someone had written a short dedicatory poem. Try as I might, I couldn't wrest a meaning from it, but I felt that it had a hidden meaning, and so I wrote it down to study later.
Here is the text:
The Call Ender
--------------
Jane's febrile mare;
Apriori mayhem junkie?
Julep augury sepsis -
Octal novena declaimed...
J. Jason, DJ, FM/AM
Do you perhaps recognize the author? Can you suggest what the poem might mean?
I give up, show me the solution.
