euler

euler, a MATLAB code which solves one or more ordinary differential equations (ODE) using the forward Euler method.

Source Code:

• euler.m, approximates the solution to an ODE using the Euler method.

Tests:

• euler_test.m, calls all the tests.
• euler_test.sh, runs all the tests.
• euler_test.txt, the output file.

The "HUMPS" test:

• humps_deriv.m, returns the derivative of the humps ODE.
• humps_exact.m, the exact solution of the humps ODE.
• euler_humps_test.m, uses euler() to solve the humps ODE.
• euler_humps_test.png, an image of the euler and exact solutions.
