Project Activities:

  • June 21, 2012: Xiaoqing Shi will give a poster presentation entitled "Uncertainty Quantification for Biogeochemical Models of Ethanol-Stimulated Uranium (VI) Reduction" at the Conference of Computational Methods in Water Resources. A conference proceeding will be pubished.
  • March 17, 2012: Xiaoqing Shi's manuscript entitled "Comparing Nonlinear Regression and Markov Chain Monte Carlo Methods for Assessment of Prediction Uncertainty in Vadose Zone Modeling" was accepted for publication.
  • December 5, 2011: Xiaoqing Shi gave a poster presentation entitled "Assessment of Parametric Uncertainty in Groundwater Reactive Transport Modeling Using Markov Chain Monte Carlo Techniques" at the annual meeting of the American Geophysical Union.
  • September 4, 2011: Ming Ye gave an oral presentation entitled "Identifying Multimodal, Non-Gaussian Parameter Distributions in Groundwater Reactive Transport Modeling" on the conference of Cross-Pacific Conference on Environmental and Water Resources. Download Presentation Slides
