I am a PhD student at Florida State University (FSU). I am mainly interested in computational evolutionary biology and I came to FSU in 2005 to work with Fredrik Ronquist (FSU, Swedish Museum of Natural History) on interesting problems in Bayesian inference of phylogeny.
With Gavin Naylor (FSU), Mark Holder (KU), and Nick Goldman (EBI) I am currently working on integrating protein structural information into stochastic models of evolution.
