image_double_test():
  MATLAB/Octave version 9.8.0.1380330 (R2020a) Update 2
  Test image_double().

IMAGE_DOUBLE_GRAY_TEST():
  IMAGE_DOUBLE_GRAY can "double" a gray scale image file.
  Here, we start with a file that has been halved 3 times.
  We double it three times, examining each result.
  Image size of "casablanca8.pgm" is 45 by 58
  Size after doubling #1 is 0 by 90
  Size after doubling #1 is 116 by   Size after doubling #2 is 0 by 180
  Size after doubling #2 is 232 by   Size after doubling #3 is 0 by 360
  Size after doubling #3 is 464 by
