image_boundary_test():

  image_boundary() finds the boundary between white and
  black regions of an image.

CLOUD_TEST:
  Apply IMAGE_BOUNDARY to an image of a cloud.

  Image "cloud.png"
  Image size 302 rows by 594 columns, 3 colors.
  Image converted to black and white.

  Extracted pixel list has dimensions 1666 x 2
  Boundary pixel list (i,j) saved in "cloud.mat"
  Boundary pixel list (i,j) saved in "cloud.txt"

  Graphics data written to "cloud.poly"
  Created the poly file "cloud.poly"
  Saved 1/6 of data for FreeFem++ in "cloud_points.txt"
