HOTEL RESERVATIONS

The hotel reservation deadline is 7 January 2005. You can call the hotel at 407-939-1020 to make a reservation, or go to the online site (available from the SIAM meeting site). Be sure to say you are attending the SIAM conference, and ask for the special rate of $125 a night or $100 for students.

If you make a reservation, you will be billed for the first night's stay. You will not be billed for the full amount until you check out of the hotel. If you make a reservation, you can cancel it FIVE DAYS in advance, to avoid all charges. In this case, your first night's deposit will also be returned.

Note that it costs $115 to join SIAM for a year. If you're going to the New Orleans meeting too, it might be worth joining now. After 10 January, the registration fees go up!
