Charles Grassl
Individual Help Sessions
17 & 18 May 2004

Charles Grassl, of IBM Research, will be in Tallahassee doing some consulting and has offered to conduct more of the popular individual help sessions that were so popular at last October's workshop.

In these sessions, Mr Grassl examines user codes, discusses appropriate algorithm changes, and makes other suggestions to improve the efficiency and reliability of programs that run on CSIT's IBM pSeries 690 supercomputers "Teragold" and "Eclipse".

We are writing to each of the PI's on Eclipse and Teragold, to offer a chance to reserve a session with Mr Grassl. If you are interested, you are welcome to include members of your research group or other suitable parties. We will be making a conference room available at CSIT, on the fourth floor of Dirac Science Library.

If you are interested in attending, please respond and indicate your preference for a time slot. In case your preferred time slot is already requested, your second preference might be helpful to us.
