Examples

This directory holds subdirectories with examples of usage for system or proprietary software.

The directories include:

• c_shell, examples of C Shell scripts;
• condor, a system for submitting jobs;
• g03, examples of the use of GAUSSIAN03, an ab initio quantum chemistry package;
• g98, examples of the use of GAUSSIAN98, an ab initio quantum chemistry package;
• gnuplot, examples of the use of the GNUPLOT interactive graphing program.
• gromacs, examples of the use of GROMACS, a molecular dynamics package;
• sge, the Sun Grid Engine, a system for submitting jobs;
• sort, examples of the use of the UNIX SORT command.
• x_window_display, a discussion of the issues involved when an X Window program on a remote machine needs to know how to get graphics information back to your local display.
